Whata s happening in Whatcom for Aug. 21

People going to the Northwest Washington Fair in Lynden through Saturday, Aug. 22, can get a Golden Upgrade ticket, which can be redeemed at the PSE booth for free, energy-efficient prizes ranging from Energy Star TVs to LED light bulbs. It’s part of the utility’s Energy Upgrades campaign.
